Started my sales journey by working for Metropolitan Life Insurance for 2 years than I ran a Independant General Insurance Office for 1 year. In 1970 started to work for Bonaventure Ford as a sale associates , responsible for the used cars, cars for the showroom and helping the new recruits. In 1972 moved to Williams Chev Olds to learn the ropes of the car industries and became manager in the Used Cars division, In House Leasing, New Car division. In 1976 moved in the country as a General Manager for A&R Gregoire Autos in charge of New and Used Cars, F&I and other duties of the car industries. In 1981 open a New Car Dealership as Dick Blouin Motor Sales Limited (Blouin AMC JEEP RENAULT) in Embrun, Ontario My dealership was bought by the Township of Russell in 1988 for the land and they needed my land. The following month I was approach to run 2 dealership in Cornwall, Ontario. They were Chrysler dealership that I runned for 8 months. In 1989 worked for Brookshell Pontiac Buick Gmc in Cornwall Ontario till 1998. My family came back to Orleans, Ontario and worked at Marcel Belanger Pontiac Buick Gmc Ltd as a sales associates in the Used Car Division for 7 years. Pierre Caron President of Car-On Auto Sales offered me to run the sales department as a Sales Manager till I retired October 26, 2012 I loved the 42 years I spend in the car industries. I still have a lot of fun looking at the car industries and update.
